Voor de kwestie Inclusief Leiderschap zijn er middels de Toekomstraad, vier persona’s naar voren gekomen die de mooist mogelijke toekomst ondervinden. Het eerste Toekomstbeeld van de vier is genaamd Lisa. Door haar ogen beleven we hoe de mooist mogelijke toekomst eruit kan zien:

Lisa, leeft in het groen, minder digitaal, iets terug naar vroeger.
In haar wereld is leiderschap vooral in relatie tot mensen met wie direct contact is, met wie de kwaliteit van contact telt. Er zijn ook leiders op nationaal en internationaal niveau, maar de meeste impact gaat om leiderschap in de eigen omgeving. Een hele kleurrijke, gevarieerde omgeving, zo ook in de natuur.
Wat zo opmerkelijk is, is de afwezigheid van oorlog en conflict.
Er wordt in harmonie omgegaan met conflicten.
Er is meer balans, flow, waarin wel steeds iets moest gebeuren.
Het leven is stappen zetten.
Al de mensen als inclusieve leiders zijn in staat samen stappen te zetten.
Wel met een hoge dynamiek en kleurrijke levendigheid.

In de wereld van Lisa, 3 generaties na nu, is er een zeer sterke wij-cultuur.
De gemeenschap en de gehele leefomgeving speelt een grotere en bewuste rol.
Het streven is naar samenklank, in plaats van wegdrukken wat niet past in het geheel. De gevolgen van handelen en keuzes die de gemeenschap maakt, zijn direct voelbaar en daarmee komt tot leven: ‘practice what you preach’.

Lisa neemt als vanzelfsprekend verantwoordelijkheid voor de mensen om haar heen, en overziet ook de gevolgen van haar handelen op het geheel. Er is sprake van een horizontaal gestuurde samenleving. Contacten met anderen in de wereld is er voortdurend, ook met het oog op van elkaar leren.
